Family Immigration

Our family immigration practice is focused on the reunification of families. We help our clients to determine which family visa preferences are most applicable to the client's situation and proceed accordingly. We handle all family-based visa applications involving United States citizens sponsoring spouses, children or other family members to legally come to the United States.

In addition, we secure visas for fiancés of American citizens, as well as for family members of legal permanent residents. We also process naturalization applications for legal permanent residents (residents with green cards).
The practice of Immigration Law is a highly complex area of law - due largely to the fact that the immigration laws themselves are intricate and undergo changes on a regular basis.
