U.S. Permanent Residence based upon a National Interest Waiver
The firm obtained a National Interest Waiver for the Medical Director of Oncology of a major pharmaceutical company for his works in the field of cancer research and prevention.

U.S. Permanent Residence Based upon Extraordinary Ability
The firm obtained an approved immigrant visa petition for an alien with extraordinary ability in the arts who was a member of the Assembly of the Tibetan People's Deputies in Exile. The waiver was based upon his international acclaim in the field of Tibetan Poetry and Literature.

Deportation/Residency
The firm obtained permanent residency in removal proceedings for a woman who had been ordered deported in her absence 17 years prior. She had been beaten by her US citizen husband and then widowed by her husband when he committed suicide in a drug rehabilitation facility. The government opposed reopening the client's deportation order even though they had concluded that she was a battered spouse of a United States Citizen. Over its objection, an immigration judge reopened the case and the client was granted permanent residency.
