Bill Fiore has practiced with Meyner and Landis for over 30 years, representing financial institutions, businesses and individual clients. He focuses on protecting creditors’ rights in bankruptcy, commercial collections, foreclosures and loan workouts. Bill also handles complex commercial real estate and business transactions. In addition he acts as general counsel to companies which do not maintain in-house legal departments. Bill’s approach is to advance his clients’ interests with practical solutions in a cost effective manner. When disputes are not resolvable, he has been an experienced, effective and successful litigator in a variety of business and commercial cases. Bill’s responsiveness to clients and a common sense approach have been his guiding principles responsible for his success in attracting clients to the firm’s practice.
