William Fiore has practiced with Meyner and Landis for over 40 years, representing financial institutions, large and small businesses, and individual clients in a wide range of matters. Bill handles complex commercial real estate matters, purchase and sales of businesses, and bank loan financings. Bill provides general business and legal advice to smaller companies which do not maintain in-house legal departments. He also represents secured creditors exclusively in commercial collections, foreclosures and workouts, and bankruptcy. Bill’s approach is to advance his clients’ interests with real solutions in a cost-effective manner. His responsiveness to clients and a common-sense business approach have been guiding principles in his success in attracting clients to the Firm’s practice.
