Michael Bergman is an Associate with the Immigration Law Group of Meyner and Landis, which focuses on all aspects of corporate and business-related immigration. Michael advises U.S. and multinational clients on a wide range of employment-based immigration matters covering government compliance, visa eligibility, corporate policy, and petition filing strategy considerations. He represents clients in connection with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa submissions, including complex responses to government inquiries, with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the U.S. Department of Labor.
Prior to joining Meyner and Landis, Michael worked at boutique and national immigration law firms based in New Jersey, where he counseled clients on all aspects of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant related visa matters including, but not limited to, the following categories: H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, PERM, I-140 (EB-1 Multinational Manager, EB-2, EB-3), and AOS.
